1 Chicken Peri Peri

Ingredients:-
1 kg chicken
1 small onion
1 large red chili
5-6 green chillies
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp oil
2 lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 pinch food colour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
2 tbsp oil
1 coal

2. Chicken Tandoori

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken
200 g yogurt
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1/4 tsp food color
1-2 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp oil

3. Chicken Barra

ingredients:

1 kg chicken with deep gashes
2 tbsp butter
8 tbsp fresh yogurt
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 1/2 tbsp garic paste
2 tbsp vinegar or lmon juice.
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1/4 tsp food color
1 tbsp chaat masala powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 medium size fried onion
1 handful of green coriander leaves
4-5 green chilies
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
oil as required.
